We provide IT solutions including but not limited to computer sales, laptop sales, AMC services, CCTV installation, network setup, server management, software solutions, and repair services. The specific terms of each service will be outlined in individual service agreements or quotations.

3. Quotations and Pricing

• All quotations are valid for 15 days unless otherwise specified
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice
• Taxes and additional charges will be applied as per government regulations
• Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of order confirmation

4. Payment Terms

• Payment terms will be specified in individual invoices or agreements
• For AMC services, payment is required as per the agreed schedule
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• We accept payments via bank transfer, cheque, and other approved methods

5. Warranty and Support

Warranty terms vary by product and service:

• Hardware products carry manufacturer's warranty
• Service work is warranted for the period specified in the service agreement
• AMC services include support as per the terms of the contract
• Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications

6. AMC Service Terms

• AMC contracts are for the specified period and equipment listed in the agreement
• Response time and service levels are as per the chosen AMC plan
• Spare parts and consumables may be charged separately unless included in the contract
• Cancellation of AMC requires 30 days written notice

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NIRANT COMPUTERS PVT. LTD. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from the use of our services.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of NIRANT COMPUTERS PVT. LTD. and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use of any content is prohibited.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gujarat, India.
