3. Location Data

The NCPL Engineers App accesses and collects your device's precise location (GPS coordinates) only while you have an active work session (from the time you start a session until you end it). Location is not collected when no work session is active.

What we collect: GPS coordinates (latitude and longitude), location accuracy, and the date and time each location was recorded.

How we use it:

• Route tracking: to record the route travelled by field staff during a work session
• Site verification: to confirm that a visit or service was carried out at the customer's site
• Field team management: to help managers coordinate field teams, assign work, and review attendance and visit records, and to calculate fuel usage and fuel expenses based on the distance travelled

Background location: While a work session is active, the App may continue collecting location when it is minimized or the screen is off, so that the route is recorded accurately. Collection stops as soon as the work session ends.

Sharing: Location data is shared only with authorized managers and administrators of your organization within the App. We do not sell location data or use it for advertising.

Your control: Location access requires your permission. You can grant or revoke it at any time in your device settings. If you deny location permission, features such as route tracking and site verification will not work.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support
• Process and fulfill service requests
• Send you promotional communications (with your consent)
